Dee graduated from Queens University Belfast in Summer 2015 with a degree in Biomedical Science and furthered her studies with a Masters in Human Resource Management 2017, however she has always possessed a passion for property.
Dee joined quicklet in February 2016 in the Belfast office as a managing agent and was responsible for maintaining the portfolio of properties. She then moved to Lisburn and was promoted to Manager where she was responsible for the office accounts and the day to day running of the branch. Dee moved into a Business Development role to help promote quicklet and acquire new business in 2020. Due to her success and the continued growth of the company, whilst also building on her Masters in Human Resource Management, Dee was promoted to Head of Operations & Business Growth in 2021.
Dee has also successfully passed the NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award to add to her extensive knowledge of the industry.
Michael graduated from Queen's University Belfast with a degree in Geography. Although not a property degree, his interest in the property market stemmed from various dissertations and projects throughout university.
Michael joined Quicklet in May 2015 in the Belfast office as the Letting Agent. This role involved a busy diary of viewings, registrations and processing applications. Michael was then promoted to Lurgan Branch Manager to oversee the day to day running of the branch and management of our extensive portfolio of managed properties in Lurgan. Michael's extensive knowledge and experience then saw him move to Belfast, the largest of our offices. Here Michael leads a group of property managers and handles all finance matters and project manages large scale property projects.
Michael has also successfully passed the NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level to add to his extensive knowledge of the industry.
Leah started with Quicklet in 2018 after graduating from Ulster University with a degree in Housing Management. Already armed with knowledge of the industry, Leah joined as a letting agent and was responsible for referencing applications, registering new properties and dealing with property enquiries for our biggest branch. Leah was promoted to Assistant Manager in June 2021 to help her gain experience in managing a team. She has excelled in all areas of people and property management resulting in a promotion to Belfast Office Manager in June 2022. Leah shares the managerial duties with Michael and now specialises in leading a team of letting agents and handling new business enquiries.
Leah has successfully completed the NFoPP Residential Lettings and Property Management Level 3 award and is taking seniority in her stride.
Emma graduated from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh in 2011 with an honours degree in Real Estate Management.
Emma joined quicklet in April 2018 as letting agent and quickly gained experience in all areas of property management making her a great asset to the team.
Emma has now been promoted to Branch Manager and is responsible for handling all client accounts and managing the day to day tasks of the office.
Emma has an all-round, impressive amount of knowledge of property management and has also successfully completed her NFoPP awards in Residential letting and Property Management.
Aimee graduated from Queen's University, Belfast with a degree in English. Although not a property degree, she has always had an interest in this area and her attention to detail has allowed her to excel in this field.
Aimee was employed by quicklet in September 2019 as a graduate trainee in our Belfast office. Since then, Aimee has gained a wide range of experience in many areas of property letting and management. Aimee was promoted to Interim Lisburn Manager to help cover a maternity post. Aimee is taking her new responsibilities in her stride and getting stuck into managing the Lisburn office.
Aimee is also ARLA qualified after successfully completing her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Zara joined the quicklet team after completing a year long placement with a commercial agent and realising her passion for the property industry. Zara is hugely focused on providing the best customer service and brings a high level of energy to her role. Based in our Belfast office, Zara will be responsible for registering our properties to let and sourcing the very best tenants!
Zara is also ARLA qualified after successfully completing her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Tom joined the quicklet team after completing his 4 year degree in Real Estate Management at Ulster University. Tom's proactive manner helps him excel at providing excellent customer service. Tom is responsible for assisting in property maintenance matters and inspecting our property portfolio to ensure they are being looked after.
Tom is also ARLA qualified after successfully completing his NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Natalie joined the quicklet team in October 2022 with extensive experience in customer service and working in a fast paced environment. Natalie originally started working in our Belfast branch but has since gained experience working in all 3 of our NI branches. Natalie works in the letting side of the business and she sources the best tenants in a short space of time.
Natalie is working towards completing her NFoPP awards in Residential letting and Property Management to add to his knowledge of the industry.
Jasmin joined the quicklet team with a wealth of experience in customer service. Jasmin works in our Lisburn & Lurgan branch and is responsible for marketing our properties attractively and assessing new tenants eligibility to rent. Jasmin has an amazing way with people and she's always happy to help.
Jasmin is working towards completing her NFoPP awards in Residential letting and Property Management to add to her knowledge of the industry.
Lisa joined the quicklet team with a wealth of experience in customer service and problem solving. Lisa works in our Lisburn & Lurgan branch and is responsible for managing the maintenance and general upkeep of our portfolio of properties.
Lisa is also ARLA qualified after successfully completing her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Sarah joined the quicklet team with a great energy and passion for professional development. With experience in recruitment and hospitality, Sarah joined the quicklet team as a Letting Agent in our Belfast office and was responsible for renewing our property portfolio and using her high level of customer service to handle new business enquiries.
Sarah has since developed and moved into a Business Development role within quicklet. In this role, she has applied her talent for client relations to identify new business opportunities and develop effective market strategies. Her strategic mindset allows her to pinpoint areas for growth, and she actively works to nurture relationships and foster successful partnerships, which in turn drives growth for quicklet across Northern Ireland.
Sarah is also ARLA qualified after successfully completing her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Caolan joined the quicklet team with experience in the recruitment industry. Caolan is responsible for managing all aspects of his property portfolio to ensure the properties are being cared for in the best way possible.
Caolan is also ARLA qualified after successfully completing his NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Amy is responsible for managing tenancy renewals and also is multi skilled in all areas of our letting service.

Ernesta joined the quicklet team in September 2024, bringing with her a passion for customer service and a wealth of experience in client communication which she developed during her two and a half years in recruitment. Her commitment to providing exceptional customer service is matched by her high energy approach to her role.
Based in our Belfast office, Ernesta is responsible for including the registration of properties to let and the sourcing of high-quality tenants. Her proactive approach and keen attention to detail ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Ernesta is currently working towards her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Melisa became a member of the quicklet team in June 2024, after completing her degree in Psychology. While her background is not directly in property management, Melisa discovered her interest for this field during a role she held within the student lettings sector in Lancaster while studying and sparked her interest in developing her knowledge and expertise in property management further.
In her current position within the Belfast team, Melisa plays a key role in assisting with property maintenance matters and conducting thorough inspections of our property portfolio. She is also responsible for ensuring that all safety and compliance checks are properly conducted for our landlords, helping to maintain high standards and protect both tenant and landlord interests.
Melisa is currently working towards her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Sean joined the Quicklet Belfast team in January 2024, after completing a degree in History and Politics. While Sean's background is not related to property, he has always had a keen interest in the sector.
In his current role as a Letting Agent, Sean is responsible for pre-screening applicants and managing a busy schedule for viewings, coordinating appointments efficiently to maximise opportunities for both clients and potential tenants while providing exceptional customer service and enthusiasm.
Sean is currently working towards his NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Sarah-Lee joined the quicklet team as a Property Manager in May 2024 with a background in customer service. Sarah-Lee quickly learnt the ropes of the role and is responsible for the upkeep of a portfolio of properties within our biggest branch.
Within her role Sarah-Lee is responsible for ensuring thorough property inspections are carried out, as well as arranging exit and ingoing works and ensuring safety and compliance checks are conducted for our landlords, helping to maintain high standards and protect both tenant and landlord interests.
Sarah-Lee is also ARLA qualified after successfully completing her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Amelia joined the Quicklet team in May 2024 as a Property Manager. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Law with Criminology from the University of Ulster, where she developed a strong interest in property and land law. This passion led her to pursue and complete an MSc in Real Estate.
In her current role, Amelia manages properties across our Lisburn and Lurgan branches. She is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, addressing maintenance issues, and conducting property inspections to maintain the quality of our portfolio.
Amelia is also working towards achieving the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management to further enhance her expertise in the field.
Dave graduated from the University of Ulster in 2007 with a degree in Business with Computing. During his studies, he completed a placement year with an estate agency and property developer, which further fueled his strong interest in the property market.
In September 2024, Dave joined Quicklet as Senior Property Manager following the acquisition of Robert Wilson Group's rental division. With 17 years of experience in the property industry, including 10 years as Group Lettings Manager at Robert Wilson Group, he brings extensive expertise in estate agency, particularly in rental management.
Dave is currently working towards the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
